Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in resource management, project management, creative operations, or a related function within a creative agency or marketing organization.
• Freelance recruiting experience and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own staffing allocations across all active client accounts and keep real-time updates.
• Lead rollout and adoption of Translation's new resource management platform as administrator.
• Surface capacity conflicts and risks before they become delivery problems.
• Partner with PM team to align headcount plans with project timelines and client demands.
• Develop visibility into availability, over-commitment, and gaps across functions.
• Track talent skills and passions.
