You will shape scopes, schedules, and budgets, coordinating design, development, strategy, and accounts to deliver on time and within scope. You'll be the operational engine, turning priorities into actionable plans, identifying risks early, and ensuring teams stay focused.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or production environment.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-workstream projects, including budget management and schedule oversight.
• Fluency with project management tools.
• A collaborative mindset and excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Resourcing: Define scopes of work with account leads; build and manage timelines, milestones, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams.
• Workflow Coordination: Connect design, development, strategy, and account teams; manage the broader set of work across the portfolio for consistency and quality.
• Operational Efficiency: Partner on best practices, tools, and processes; distill complex information into concise status updates and docs.
• Risk Management: Identify risks early, collaborate on contingency planning, track scope and budget, prevent scope creep.
