Job summary

Insomniac Events in Calabasas is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead the Design team's workflow, prioritization, and timely delivery of high-volume creative assets for live events and campaigns.

You will partner with executive teams and brand stakeholders to scope, staff, and align on timelines, ensuring top visuals and marketing materials meet deadlines. Remote work is not available; occassional events or travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative project management, operations, or design production.
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders, department heads, and brand stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and a high volume of assets on overlapping timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workflow, prioritization, scheduling, and delivery of design projects.
• Balance workload, assign projects, and track resourcing needs with senior leadership.
• Coordinate internal designers and external partners based on skill, complexity, and priority.
