Sans in Culver City, CA is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to turn strategy into on‑brand creative delivery. You’ll build timelines, coordinate designers and agencies, and keep every workstream on track as a critical link between planning and production.

The role blends planning, project management, and connective work, with a strong emphasis on structured processes and clear communication in a fast‑moving marketing team.

Formación

• 2–4+ years in marketing project management or creative/production coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors/agencies.
• Experience supporting production logistics (shoots, campaigns, launches).
• DTC, consumer, or startup experience preferred.
• Equal parts creative and analytical; improving processes and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Support Creative Calendar Execution: maintain calendars, timelines, meetings, and ensure alignment.
• Build and Run Project Management Systems: Asana boards, templates, and workflows; manage intake and prioritization.
• Support Marketing Operations: coordinate with internal teams and external partners; fix gaps; document SOPs.
• Support Creative Production: organize production logistics, travel, contracts, and vendor communications.
• Report on Status and Progress: inform stakeholders, flag risks, and prevent slips.
