Job summary

VaynerX is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our hybrid team in New York. You will manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns, while maintaining quality and budget awareness.

You'll collaborate with Creative, Account, Media, Analytics, and Strategy teams to streamline processes, schedule meetings, and drive assets to post with accuracy. This role emphasizes organization, communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, teams, and planning duties in social/digital space.
• Trafficking creative assets and ensuring assets are post-ready.
• Understanding of creative development and asset creation processes.
• Calm, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own small projects and one-off requests.
• Reinforce weekly deadlines to creative and media teams.
• Coordinate tasks, priorities, and deliverables with team stakeholders (internal and client).
• Route projects through departments and approvals.
• Support PM lead to manage work streams and resolve issues, ensuring on-time delivery and post-ready assets.
• Traffic assets for paid media placements and maintain organization of files.
• Track and report budgets and social deliverables; manage resources.
• Collaborate with Creative, Account, Media, Analytics, and Strategy teams to hand off approved assets.
