Job summary

Globaltize is seeking a Production & Project Coordinator to keep client projects on track, coordinating between clients, creative teams, print vendors, shipping partners, and installation crews across the project lifecycle.

You will centralize requests, ensure production files are ready, shipments are tracked, installations completed on schedule, and internal workflows stay organized while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Exceptional organizational skills with proactive follow-up on project details.
• Ability to manage multiple project tracks simultaneously and resolve production or delivery issues promptly.
• Familiarity with design tools, particularly the Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming client communications and process new orders, revisions, approvals, and production requests.
• Prepare artwork and production files, confirming dimensions, materials, finishing specifications, and quantities before print.
• Coordinate logistics, track shipments, and schedule installations through the existing vendor network.
• Review installation and completion photos for quality, scope accuracy, and closeout requirements.
• Maintain organized digital files, update project trackers, and refine internal workflow systems.
• Source props, furniture, and décor materials, manage rental holds, and update pitch deck templates for creative presentations.
