This role involves coordinating multiple events, instructing participants, managing add-ons, answering emails, and supporting omni-channel orders like BOPIS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience required.
• Must have experience working with children and children's events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes.
• Engage with guests of all ages to create a fun and creative environment.
• Demonstrate and guide participants in craft projects and activities.
• Coordinate add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards.
• Handle emails and phone calls; manage paperwork as needed.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness; uphold store standards.
• Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).
