Qualifications

• Experience working with children and handling children’s events is preferred.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities for event setup and daily tasks.
• Retail or customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate in-store events and children’s parties.
• Engage customers to help them shop, locate products and enroll in rewards programs.
• Deliver fast, friendly checkout and assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and store recovery tasks.
• Create add-ons for events (goody bags, balloons) and communicate plans with clients and team.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and SOP compliance.
• Set up and break down events and maintain a positive, service-oriented environment.
