Job summary

The Michaels store in CIN-EASTGATE, OH is seeking a dynamic Events Coordinator to plan and execute in-store events, including children’s birthday parties, ensuring a fun and safe environment for guests. You will help customers shop, enable fast checkouts, and support store operations while delivering our Brand Promises.

You will engage guests of all ages, promote rewards programs, and participate in omnichannel processes.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality to engage guests of all ages.
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with customers and teammates.
• Experience organizing and running children's events or parties is preferred.
• Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and nonverbal channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events in the Michaels store, including kids birthday parties.
• Provide friendly customer service, helping guests shop and checkout quickly.
• Assist with rewards programs enrollments and VOC feedback collection.
• Support store operations such as truck unload, stocking, and planogram tasks.
