The Michaels Companies in Toledo North, OH is seeking a dynamic team member to plan and coordinate events, including children’s parties, inside our craft-focused store. You will engage guests of all ages, help them shop, and deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience.

As part of the role, you’ll set up and break down events, manage add-ons, and ensure safety and cleanliness while maintaining strong communication with clients and the store team.

• Must have experience working with children and children's events.

• Retail or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events at the Michaels store, including children’s parties.
• Assist guests in-store, help them find products, and provide fast checkout.
• Set up, run, and break down events; manage add-ons and props.
• Communicate with clients and store team; respond to feedback.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and SOPs.
