Job summary

Michaels in Westlake, OH seeks an energetic Event Coordinator to plan and coordinate in-store events, including children’s birthday parties and craft classes. You will engage customers, demonstrate activities, and promote store services while ensuring a fun, stress-free guest experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, communicating with clients and team members, and handling administrative tasks to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events including children’s parties and crafts within the Michaels store.
• Engage with clients of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Instruct participants in crafts and activities; may include face painting.
• Coordinate add-ons like goody bags and balloons.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members; handle emails and calls.
