Michaels in Berlin, CT is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate events in-store, including kids’ birthday parties and craft classes. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist guests in finding products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while maintaining store standards.

You will engage with clients of all ages, demonstrate crafts, manage party add-ons, and handle communications.
