• Retail and/or customer service experience required
• Must have experience working with children and children’s events
• Must have good communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
• Engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and assist customers with shopping
• Assist with omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Support store operations including stocking, planograms and merchandise recovery
• Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
