Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Design, Technology, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in creative operations, creative project management, or related creative role.
• Deep understanding of design and creative workflows, particularly with Figma.
• Experience managing complex creative projects and stakeholders across multiple initiatives.
• Ability to build trust and alignment across internal and external teams with clear communication.
• Curiosity and fluency with AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Managing creative workflows from intake through delivery: scoping, resourcing, scheduling, prioritization.
• Build relationships across internal teams and external partners; align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with designers to improve processes, remove roadblocks, ensure inputs and resources.
• Develop and implement AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain systems in Figma, Jira, and other collaboration platforms to improve visibility and productivity.
• Evaluate emerging AI/creative technologies and integrate into workflows.
