• Bakery Department Replenishment & Inventory Procedures: ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and returns.
• Merchandising & Sales Floor Standards: stocking, displays, signing, zoning and sampling.
• Equipment and Tools: cleaning and maintenance per procedures.
• Food Production and Processing: edible product safety and proper labeling.
• Department Cleaning Standards: enforce hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Problem Solving: identify issues and determine effective solutions.
• Safety/Quality Orientation: deliver high-quality products while ensuring safety.
