Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
• Moves, lifts, carries and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds; stands and walks continuously.

Responsabilidades

• Support bakery department operations including readiness, price maintenance, policies, inventory preparation, cleanliness, and safe use of equipment.
• Replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing and back stock management.
• Merchandising and sales floor standards: stocking, displays, signing, zoning, sampling.
• Food safety and proper packaging, labeling, and weight accuracy for bakery products.
• Adhere to cleaning standards and food safety guidelines within the department.
• Demonstrate customer service excellence and uphold Harps' SMILE program.
