Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to meet daily bakery duties.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Compliance with Harps' policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support bakery operations, readiness, pricing, policies and procedures.
• Assist inventory, replenishment, receiving and back stock in the bakery.
• Maintain displays, signage and department cleanliness following standards.
• Adhere to equipment safety, food safety and packaging guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help customers find products.
