Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Bakery Department Operations: support readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory prep, department goals and cleanliness.
• Bakery Department Replenishment & Inventory Procedures: ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and back stock management.
• Merchandising & Sales Floor Standards: stocking, rotating, displays, sampling, zone maintenance.
• Equipment and Tools: follow proper equipment use, cleaning and maintenance.
• Food Production and Processing: follow food safety guidelines, proper packaging, labeling and weighing.
• Department Cleaning Standards: adhere to cleaning standards and use approved chemicals.
• Problem Solving: identify issues and use logical think­ing to resolve.
• Safety/Quality Orientation: emphasize high quality and safety for staff and customers.
