Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bakery Department Operations: support readiness, pricing, policies, inventory preparation, and cleanliness.
• Bakery Department Replenishment & Inventory Procedures: ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing, back stock, and returns.
• Merchandising & Sales Floor Standards: stocking, signing, displays, sampling, and department zoning.
• Food Safety and Equipment: follow food safety guidelines, proper packaging, labeling and safe use of equipment.
• Customer Service: deliver higher than expected service and follow SMILE program guidelines.
