Job summary

WITHIN is hiring a Creative Account Manager to run day-to-day for consumer brand clients in Mexico City. You will manage client relationships, drive end-to-end creative rounds across static, video and UGC, and ensure scope and timing are met while using AI to speed up briefs and insights.

The role emphasizes growth within existing accounts, collaboration with the media team on performance, and strict project management with Asana.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience with creative teams.
• Consumer brand experience (DTC, retail, ecommerce) required.
• Experience shipping paid social and digital creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Proven direct client relationship management.
• Comfort using AI to accelerate briefs and feedback.
• Mexico City based or willing to relocate.
• Stable job history.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships for all accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end creative rounds: briefs, feedback, revisions, delivery.
• Define contract scope, turnaround commitments and pricing for extras.
• Analyze creative performance with the media team and propose tests.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts with the Account Director.
• Leverage AI daily for briefs, feedback, recaps and research.
• Maintain clear project management with owner and due dates in Asana.
