Job summary

WITHIN is a Performance Branding company based in Mexico City seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Accounts Creative team. You will facilitate internal and external communications, track client updates, and help move projects through internal systems while ensuring client requirements are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating timelines with project managers, delivering regular internal and client reports, and supporting the Account Management team as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience with a creative team.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal communication between multiple stakeholders across disciplines.
• Facilitate external communication with clients (updates, presentations, status calls, etc.).
• Monitor and report on client performance on a regular basis.
• Work closely with project managers to communicate timelines to clients.
• Deliver internal reports and client business updates on a regular basis.
• Support Account Management team as needed.
