Job summary

WITHIN is hiring a Creative Account Manager in New York to run day-to-day for a book of consumer brand clients. You’ll own client relationships, manage creative rounds, and ensure work ships on time and on scope while driving results.

You’ll collaborate with media teams to read performance, use AI to accelerate briefs and feedback, and grow accounts with your Account Director in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of account management experience with creative teams
• Experience with consumer brands (DTC, retail, ecommerce)
• Experience shipping paid social and digital creative on Meta, TikTok, YouTube
• Direct client relationship management
• Experience using AI in work today
• Stable job history
• Based in New York

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day client communication and relationship management on every account
• Creative rounds end to end: brief, feedback, revisions and delivery across static, video and UGC
• Manage contract scope, turnaround commitments and overage terms; flag scope creep and price extra work
• Assess creative performance with the media team and propose the next test
• Identify growth opportunities inside existing accounts and build a business case with the Account Director
• Leverage AI daily on briefs, feedback rollups, recaps and research
• Maintain clean project management with clear ownership and due dates
