WITHIN is hiring a Creative Account Manager in Bogota, Colombia to run the day-to-day for a book of consumer brand clients: strong delivery on time and on scope, tied to results, with an eye toward growth. Use AI to move faster and be the best at what you do.

You will own day-to-day client communication, lead end-to-end creative rounds (brief, feedback, revisions, delivery) across static, video and UGC, manage scope and pricing, and drive growth with the Account Director.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management within creative teams or agencies.
• Experience with consumer brands (DTC, retail, ecommerce), not B2B.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships directly and ship paid social/digital creative.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships across accounts.
• Lead creative rounds from brief to delivery across static, video, and UGC.
• Define scope, turnaround, and pricing for additional work; flag creep early.
• Collaborate with media and AI to test and optimize creative performance.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and present cases to Account Director.
