Job summary

CoStar Group's LoopNet team in New Orleans, LA seeks a Sales Executive to grow the client portfolio with top owners and brokers. You will advise on digital advertising strategies, influence property visibility, and manage end-to-end sales cycles through prospecting, presentations, and ongoing account management.

You will receive comprehensive training and have opportunities to develop market expertise in commercial real estate while earning uncapped commissions and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management in B2B.
• Experience selling CRE, digital advertising or data solutions is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to drive digital advertising revenue.
• Prospect new business and expand existing client portfolios.
• Travel for in-person meetings and client demonstrations as needed.
• Present product ROI and analytics to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
