Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee management of a client portfolio under the property’s management agreement. You will lead lease administration, budgeting, vendor contracts, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve client goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in real estate property management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and financial acumen. CPM/RPA/CSM and a real estate license are a plus, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process; real estate license desirable.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, codes, regulations, and directives.
• Provide leadership to property staff including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection process and regular property inspections.
• Prepare operating and capital budgets, track variances, oversee CAM reconciliations.
