Cushman & Wakefield seeks a General Manager (CRE) to lead the Property Management team and oversee a significant portfolio. You will act as the primary liaison with third-party relationships and ensure policy-aligned operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate property management, CPM/RPA/CSM designations, and a real estate license. Strong finance and reporting skills, plus travel between properties, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management business.
• Provide overall property management leadership through policies, information flow, and strategy.
• Lead Property Management staff and ensure career development for professionals.
• Track budget variances and ensure smooth recovery processes.
• Oversee billing and disbursement of funds; monitor cash flow.
• Prepare reports, annual budget, and owner communications per management agreement.
• Support collection of management fees and reimbursements to overhead.
• Interface with third-party owners and ensure contract compliance and timely reporting.
• Resolve tenant relations issues and conduct regular property inspections.
• Oversee construction projects with the Construction Manager and approve contracts/invoices.
• Ensure compliance with PM policies, codes, and regulations.
