Job summary

Truist in Denver is seeking a Mortgage Banking Producer to originate commercial real estate debt opportunities, develop client relationships, and expand partnerships across agency, life company, CMBS, bank and other capital sources.

You will manage transactions from initial engagement through closing, collaborate with Underwriting teams, and lead multifamily debt structures while delivering top-tier service to borrowers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent education and related training.
• 5 years of CRE lending, mortgage banking, brokerage, or capital markets experience.
• Strong financial analysis and real estate underwriting knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Originating commercial real estate debt opportunities and developing new client relationships nationwide.
• Expand existing client partnerships across agency, life company, CMBS, bank and other capital sources.
• Lead transaction through full loan process from identification to closing and servicing.
• Work with underwriting teams to review mortgage applications and documentation.
• Structure multifamily debt financing solutions and negotiate loan terms with borrowers.
• Deliver top customer service experience to borrowers and maintain client relationships.
