Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate to support the origination, structuring, and distribution of CRE credit products across the capital stack. You will work directly with the Head of CRE Credit Distribution & Loan Syndication on senior loan syndication, subordinate debt distribution, HRR placement, and private placements with institutional investors.

The role requires 2–5 years of CRE finance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple live

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate finance, loan syndication, debt capital markets, CMBS/CRE CLO, bridge/transitional lending, or structured credit distribution.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Series 7/63 (or ability to obtain) is required.

Responsibilities

• Support senior loan syndication of CRE loans, including preparing marketing materials and investor outreach.
• Assist in structuring and placing mezzanine debt, B-notes, and other subordinate tranches with institutional buyers.
• Coordinate with legal and risk retention teams to ensure compliance in HRR placements.
• Assist with structuring and distributing CRE private placement transactions to institutional investors.
• Act as day-to-day coordinator for transitional/bridge lending program and monitor deal flow.
