Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corporation seeks a Senior Analyst / Associate to support CRE credit distribution and loan syndication across the capital stack. You will collaborate with the Head of CRE Credit Distribution to move mandates from origination through close, coordinating with originations, capital markets, legal, and investors.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of CRE finance, loan syndication or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CRE loan structures and securitization concepts.
• Experience with external partners/counterparties and investor materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented under deadlines.
• Series 7/63 (or ability to obtain) required.

Responsibilities

• Support senior loan syndication for CRE loans with various counterparties.
• Prepare investor materials, track pipeline, allocations and closings.
• Assist in structuring mezzanine and subordinate debt with institutional buyers.
• Coordinate HRR placements and regulatory compliance with risk retention rules.
• Assist with private placements and rating agency coordination where applicable.
• Act as day-to-day coordinator for transitional/bridge lending partnerships.
