Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a seasoned Leasing Manager for a boutique CRE investment firm in Salt Lake City, UT. You will spearhead leasing and marketing efforts across a mixed portfolio and collaborate with the Founder to drive occupancy, rents, and NOI.

The role requires 3–5+ years in commercial leasing, LOI/lease experience, strong CRE terminology, excellent communication, and the ability to work with brokers, tenants, and vendors in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial leasing experience.
• Familiarity with LOIs and commercial leases and typical CRE language.
• Strong CRE terminology and stakeholder awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and marketing efforts to improve occupancy and traffic.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies across flex, industrial, and retail spaces.
• Present property tours and address tenant needs and concerns.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data.
• Negotiate lease terms, review LOIs, and coordinate with brokers and vendors.
• Collaborate with founder on strategy to grow occupancy and NOI.
