Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced professional to handle complex assignments for servicing commercial real estate loans and to mentor junior staff. You will manage client deliverables, analyze data in Excel, and coordinate with asset managers and portfolio teams to support reporting and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in the industry and an Associate's degree in accounting, finance, real estate, or business, with strong Excel skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.
• Associates degree in accounting, finance, real estate, business, or equivalent level of education.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas and macros.
• Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Approve system generated reporting, queries and client deliverables for compliance, accuracy.
• Manage internal and external communications with clients, brokers regarding servicing of CRE loans.
• Independently proof transactions for premium processing in accordance with loan terms and standards.
• Ensure adherence to policies, quality standards, and deliverables to clients and external parties.
• Summarize research to respond to inquiries from borrowers, lenders, auditors and stakeholders.
• Design and build spreadsheet templates and financial models to analyze insurance exceptions and premiums.
• Mentor junior staff and assist asset managers and portfolio teams with reporting.
