LoopNet is seeking a Sales Associate in Austin, TX to partner with owners and brokers, building digital marketing campaigns for property listings. You will demonstrate value with data-driven insights, drive revenue, and manage client relationships from prospecting to closed sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales and account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue.
• Prospect new clients using industry data to close new business.
• Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to maximize sales.
• Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies for CRE markets.
• Deliver excellent client support and regular market insights.
• Travel as needed to meet clients in person.
