Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Sales Associate for LoopNet to partner with property owners and brokers, develop digital marketing strategies, and showcase properties online.

You will build long-lasting client relationships, advise on frequency and reach, and demonstrate ROI using our analytics tools. You will prospect new clients, leverage extensive property data, collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive revenue, and travel as needed to meet clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle sales and account management in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving record abstract check prior to start.
• CRE experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and provide reporting insights.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – build client relationships to drive advertising revenue.
• Prospect new clients and close new business using CoStar’s data.
• Partner with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and market trends.
• Deliver exceptional client support with market insights and ROI reporting.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings and travel as needed.
