LoopNet, a leading real estate marketplace, seeks a Sales Executive to partner with owners and brokers, developing digital marketing strategies for their property portfolios. You will prospect, demonstrate products, and build long-term client relationships to drive revenue.

You will receive extensive training and work with internal experts to sharpen market credibility, product knowledge, and sales skills. The role is on-site in Austin, TX, with travel as required.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a sales-related role in a B2B environment.
2+ years of CRE-related experience.
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

Relationship management to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor.
Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business.
Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive revenue.
Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and CRE market trends.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and insights.
Schedule in-person meetings and travel as needed.
