CoStar Group's LoopNet in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Sales Executive to partner with owners and brokers to develop digital marketing strategies for property portfolios.

You will build long-lasting relationships, advise on frequency, reach, and ROI using our analytics tools, and demonstrate products with customers. The role combines field training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to grow within a data-driven, high-performance sales culture, with travel by car and on-site work at the St.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales in CRE, digital advertising, or data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and delivering great customer experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to drive advertising revenue and strategic marketing plans.
• Prospect new clients using property data to close new business.
• Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
• Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and CRE market trends.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings and travel as needed.
