Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices/healthcare or consultative sales.
• Alternatively, 5+ years outside sales with proven performance in a territory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated sales territory by promoting and selling Craniomaxillofacial products.
• Conduct product evaluations and support procedures in operating rooms, clinical settings, and offices.
• Demonstrate the clinical and economic value of products during customer presentations and training.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, purchasers, and key decision-makers within accounts.
• Track territory performance using approved sales tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide product education and technical support before, during, and after procedures.
• Support planned and emergent cases, including after-hours coverage as needed.
