Job summary

Join Stryker as a Sales Representative for Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) in a territory-based role. You will support surgeons and healthcare providers with innovative CMF solutions used in trauma, reconstruction, and craniofacial procedures, managing a designated territory with a shared quota.

You will conduct in-theatre and clinical case support, demonstrate value, and build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, purchasers, and other decision-makers across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated sales territory by promoting and selling craniomaxillofacial products to healthcare providers and customer accounts.
• Conduct product evaluations and support procedures in operating room, clinical, and office-based environments.
• Demonstrate the clinical and economic value of products during customer presentations, evaluations, and in-service training.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Track territory performance, sales activities, customer interactions, and account opportunities using approved sales tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Provide product education and technical support to customers before, during, and after procedures.
• Support planned and emergent cases, including participating in shared after-hours coverage. Coverage expectations vary by territory.
