Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join our Craniomaxillofacial team in the Detroit area. This field-based role partners with experienced Sales Representatives to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth across hospital and ambulatory settings.

You will engage with surgeons, nurses, and clinicians, manage product availability, and help drive sales through hands-on training, product education, and territory management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities and account management.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and staff to ensure proper use and positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and support account development.
