Scott-Macon Equipment is seeking an experienced Territory Rental Sales Representative for cranes to cover North Texas and Oklahoma. The role focuses on developing new crane rental opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and growing the business across the territory.

The position offers a base salary starting at $50,000 annually plus commission, with regular travel required to customer sites and prospects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in crane rentals, construction equipment rentals, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and close rental opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop new rental business while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships throughout North Texas and Oklahoma.
• Promote crane rental solutions to customers within the assigned territory.
• Identify customer equipment needs and recommend appropriate rental solutions.
• Prepare rental quotes, negotiate opportunities, and secure rental agreements.
• Conduct regular customer visits, prospect for new business, and build long-term relationships.
• Work closely with the Rental, Service, and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales activity reports and follow up on rental opportunities.
• Travel throughout North Texas and Oklahoma to meet with customers and develop business.
