Scott-Macon Equipment seeks an experienced Territory Rental Sales Representative to cover North Texas and Oklahoma. You will develop crane rental opportunities, maintain client relationships, and grow the crane rental business across the assigned territory.

The role offers base pay starting at $50,000 annually plus commission, with regular travel to meet customers and coordinate with Rental, Service, and Operations teams to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in crane or construction equipment rentals.
• Ability to generate new business, manage relationships, and close opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated and results-driven.

Responsabilités

• Develop new rental business and grow relationships across North Texas and Oklahoma.
• Promote crane rental solutions and identify customer needs for rentals.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and secure rental agreements.
• Travel regularly to meet clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Rental, Service, and Operations teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales activity reports and follow up on opportunities.
