Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sales Representative to sell crane and rigging services to industrial clients. You will contact leads, draft proposals, price projects, and manage labor needs.

The role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships, coordinating bids, and monitoring project costs while traveling locally as needed. A 3–10 year industrial sales background and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years proven sales and field experience in industrial or construction markets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal, sales, and project management skills.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and capable of solving problems with limited instruction.
• Ability to read blueprints and communicate persuasively and ethically.

Responsibilities

• Actively contact leads and manage prospect lists.
• Develop relationships and build a base of recurring business.
• Coordinate job walks and assist with bids/estimates to price projects.
• Maintain historical records and data on markets and customers.
• Organize projects and ensure work order data accuracy.
• Travel locally as required and participate in sales meetings.
