ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc. is hiring a Crane Rental Estimator & Outside Sales Representative for the Atlanta metro area. This full-time, exempt role combines sales with crane rental knowledge and requires occasional local travel.

You will quote customers, manage a sales territory, and maintain CRM records. The ideal candidate transitions from crane operation to sales, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunity for commissions after training.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Territory management and prospecting experience.
• Ability to present and close sales opportunities.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office, CRM familiarity.
• Crane/equipment rental experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell to Atlanta, GA and the State of Georgia.
• Evaluate job sites and provide professional quotes.
• Input all customer interactions into the CRM daily.
• Coordinate sales efforts by studying customer volume.
• Report activity and results to management regularly.
• Analyze pricing and competitive developments to suggest changes.
• Maintain records on area and customer sales with reports.
• Attend workshops and stay current on industry trends.
