ALL Crane Rental of Alabama, a Theodore-based operation, seeks a Crane Rental Estimator & Outside Sales Representative to cover Mobile, AL and nearby areas. The role combines field estimating with proactive sales and customer service, requiring travel within the region and a strong technical understanding of cranes and equipment.

The position offers full-time exempt status with a comprehensive benefits package, and commission eligibility after an initial training period.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication, closing, and negotiation skills.
• Crane/Aerial rental or construction equipment rental/sales experience preferred.
• Construction-related field experience preferred.
• Construction-related degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software; CAD skills.
• Valid driver''s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Field estimating, marketing, and sales for Mobile, AL and surrounding area.
• Evaluating job sites to provide the most efficient and safe method and then providing a professional quote.
• Coordinating sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
• Communicating with management by submitting activity and results reports on a regular basis.
• Analyzing current marketplace information on pricing, available products, marketing and merchandising techniques.
• Submitting recommendations on changes in products, services, policies, etc., based on evaluation of current developments.
• Providing great customer service by investigating complaints and developing solutions.
• Maintaining records on area and customer sales; providing historical reports.
