Job summary

Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking a Senior Technician to service, modernize, and repair cranes at customer sites, performing maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades in a safety-first environment. You will lead field technicians and liaise between management and customers.

The role requires 5–7 years crane repair experience, on-call availability, and the ability to work at heights; strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills for crane inspection programs are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years crane repair and maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to work off-ground at varying heights.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic computer skills for crane inspection programs.

Responsibilities

• On-call and after-hours service as required.
• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and upgrade industrial hoists and cranes at customer sites.
• Train and mentor field technicians.
• Perform OSHA crane inspections and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with Service and Branch Managers to schedule work.
• Communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Maintain company equipment and tools in safe condition.
• Attend trainings and participate in company programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
