Job summary

Michaels is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to plan and execute in-store events, including children’s parties, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will coordinate multiple activities, assist customers, and support omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship From Store.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events within the Michaels store.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Deliver fast, friendly checkout and rewards enrollment.
• Assist with omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Stocking, truck unload, planogram, and store recovery tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
