Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking a bartender to craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages while following company guidelines. You will manage glassware, garnishes, and inventory, ensure compliance with liquor laws, and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include upselling beverages, maintaining the bar’s cleanliness, handling cash and POS transactions, and educating teammates on beverage offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred or Evergreen Dining LLC restaurant serving experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be certified in responsible service of alcohol training approved by state regulatory agency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages per Evergreen Dining LLC guidelines, including proper glassware and garnish.
• Uphold liquor laws and be able to refuse service when necessary.
• Monitor and restock bar inventory and pars; manage cash and input orders into the POS.
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain a clean, safe bar area and equipment.
• Describe and recommend wine and beer; upsell beverages to guests.
