Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, take accurate orders, and manage tickets. You will ensure responsible service of alcohol and maintain bar cleanliness, while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include inventory, garnishing, upselling beverages, and efficient operation of the POS system in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+ and able to read tickets and describe menu items.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years experience as a bartender or service staff.
• Certified in responsible service of alcohol training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages per guidelines.
• Describe and recommend wines and beers; upsell beverages.
• Handle cash, input orders, and operate POS system.
• Monitor bar inventory and maintain clean bar area.
