Evergreen Dining LLC is hiring a Bartender to prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, manage bar inventory, and ensure compliance with liquor laws. You will engage guests, upsell beverages, and maintain a clean bar area while handling cash and POS transactions efficiently.

The role requires 21+ years, a responsible alcohol service certification, and at least 2 years of related experience or Evergreen Dining LLC restaurant serving experience. On-site work with flexible shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred or Evergreen Dining LLC restaurant serving experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be certified in responsible service of alcohol training approved by state regulatory agency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages following guidelines.
• Uphold liquor laws and be able to refuse service when necessary.
• Describe and recommend wines and beers to guests.
• Handle cash, input orders, and use the POS system accurately.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary bar area and restock inventory as needed.
• Educate and develop team members on beverage offerings.
