Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a responsible alcohol service certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum 2 years related experience preferred or Evergreen Dining LLC restaurant serving experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages per Evergreen Dining LLC guidelines, including proper glassware and garnish.
• Uphold liquor laws and refuse service when necessary.
• Describe and recommend wine and beer options to guests.
• Upsell beverages and act as SME on alcohol for the restaurant.
• Monitor bar inventory and restock to maintain pars.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and use the POS system accurately.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area and equipment.
