Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for Guests per Evergreen Dining LLC guidelines including utilizing proper glassware and garnish.
• Check Guests IDs and enforce alcohol laws and policies.
• Deliver exceptional Guest service and up-sell beverages to increase beverage sales.
• Monitor bar inventory and ensure adequate pars are full.
• Input orders into the computer and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary bar area and equipment.
